Cancellation Policy 2020
You are very important to us at Elite Salon and once your appointment is booked we hold this just for you. However due to the recent increase in the trend of clients cancelling appointments without sufficient notice I have felt it necessary to amend our cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE: The Salon requires a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Reminders will be sent via text and e-mail that your appointment is due before the 48 hour notice period comes to force. If you need to cancel an appointment please call the Salon Tel : 02380 251500 or use our online booking system. PLEASE DO NOT TEXT,E-MAIL OR USE SOCIAL MEDIA TO CANCEL.
If the required notice period is not met and you do not arrive for your booked appointment we will charge 50% of the cost of your service on the card details provided. You will be notified in advanced when we take payment or in advance of your next service with us.
NEW CLIENTS: All new clients will be charged an initial deposit of 25% of the cost of their first service with Elite Salon. This cost will be deducted when final payment is made at the end of there service.
We are an extremely busy salon and unfortunately I have felt the need to introduce this policy for the following reason.
In 2019 alone cancelled appointments or No Shows without sufficient notice totaled 122 costing the Salon thousands of pounds in appointments that could have been filled by other on our waiting list. This is a cost that the Salon cannot continue to ignore thus the reason behind the policy change.
I do of course understand that unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances can occur on any given day and the team and I will do our best to accommodate you in case of an emergency.
Everyone is a valued client at Elite Salon and I do hope you can appreciate the need for me to implement this policy.
